"Nation In Crisis" RESCUE RADIO with Marjorie Cole

The nation of Israel in Nehemiah's day was in a crisis. The only thing that could restore it was in recognizing a need for revelation and repentance. The cycle of blessing and rebellion and rejection of God's commandments had left the people of God again in a desperate situation.

The ongoing spiritual battle for our souls, our nation and the preservation of human life, itself, again hangs in the balance. Nehemiah led the people in how to approach the Lord God to petition Him to restore the blessings that came from true contrition. As we face a similar crises, we are reminded of the urgency and importance of turning back to God, much like the Israelites did during their time of distress.

Join us as we pray for divine intervention and reflect on the lessons from the past that can guide us towards a future of spiritual awakening and deliverance. May the Lord hear our prayers and heal our land.

00 Music. Rescue Radio, because there's a war for your soul. Yes, Lord. Indeed, there is a war for our soul. And there is an emergency. And you cannot plan emergencies. You can't plan for them. Lord, you just can attend only to them when they happen. So we pray that this emergency that the earth is in right now, Lord God, nothing unfamiliar to you, because you've seen it all before.

49 Lord, I pray that those who are running through this scene, this reenactment, this time would open their eyes and be aware of the urgency, the importance, the things that you have called the people to do in your name and for your glory. And thank you, Jesus, you died on the cross for us. Thank you, Lord, you were willing to lay down your life. Thank you, Lord, you held nothing back. You were completely emptied of your blood that we might be set free and saved. And so thank you, Father God, for making a way and accepting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your family. Thank you for even enduring, as we have endured down here, the works of darkness, that you will put them to naught, Father, and give us protection even in these final hours. Father, in Jesus' name, amen.

38 Well, here we are in a crisis. Yeah, it's a crisis for sure. Yeah. Emergency. We're in the book of Nehemiah today. Well, we're actually also, that's where we're going. But, you know, he had the same problems back then as we do now. That's why this seems like a very appropriate place for us to find ourselves. Well, the situation at the walls of Jerusalem had been broken down because of the enemy. Basically, the prophets were prophesying. And Israel wasn't listening. And over and over and over and over and over again, the prophets spoke. And they said, no, no, no. And so the enemies came in. People didn't listen.

18 They put it off. They rejected the prophets. They went into captivity. And the country was destroyed. They went into captivity. And then Nehemiah heard about, who was the cupbearer for the king, and he heard about the desperate condition in Jerusalem. And he said, we've got to do something about it. The walls are broken down. I mean, a city without walls. Now, he had a real good position over there in the king's house, you know, tasting the wine. The cupbearer is not just necessarily like a kitchen worker. No. But basically, it was a position of great authority. And trust. And trust. He was next to the king, basically. He tasted the king's food.

58 He tasted the king's drink. And if there was poison in the king's drink, the cupbearer got it, not the king. Right. That was a kind of a precaution back in those days. So, but Nehemiah, even though he had a pretty secure position over there, he said to the king, I can't stay here. I've got to go back with my people. So Nehemiah ended up being the one who kind of oversaw the reconstruction of the wall. And that was quite a precarious situation too, because of course, the people who lived there did not want any interference from Nehemiah or the Israelites to return. So there was a little bit of a battle of positions and who owns what. And, but the people were coming back to reclaim that which was rightfully theirs.

41 So in chapter 9, verse 1, it says, Now on the 24th day of this month, the children of Israel were assembled with fasting in sackcloth and with the dust on their heads. This month that they were in was August, September, as we see it on our calendar. And then those of Israelite lineage separated themselves from the foreigners and stood and confessed their sins and their iniquities before their father. They took ownership of their disobediences and their rebellion against God. So it was really a miraculous effort because they worked hard. The enemies opposed them. They rebuilt this wall just out of the rubble that was there. they rebuilt the wall in 52 days despite opposition from the inside and from the outside.

33 And so this was a great successful project, but only to a certain extent, not just the rebuilding of the city walls, but also the rebuilding of the people. So the law of God, the word of God was read, Well, the law of God had fallen. Chapter 8, because they had the reason that they had gotten into captivity. Because they walked away from the law of God, and they had abandoned it, and they had, you know, was it 70 years of captivity they were in Babylon, I think? Yeah. And then they were finally let go. And so this was their jailbreak moment where they could get back to God.

15 And Nehemiah knew it had to be more than just lip service or just a good day. They had to really go back and repent and confess. And we're in that day right now where we can't go forward without going backwards. We can't go forward without looking back and confessing our sins. We can't just pretend like nothing ever happened because that's not the truth. The truth is the enemy misled a lot of our people as he did back then. And God is allowing us another chance to come out of captivity, to repent of our sins. And so as we see the great deliverance of God with the Israelites, we're seeing how they did it. They actually confessed their sins. They stood up, they prayed.

55 And so in chapter 9, verse 5, he says, Stand up and bless the Lord your God forever and ever. Blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted above all the blessing and praise. For you alone are the Lord. So they were, first of all, like Jesus taught us to pray in our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. So we are acknowledging the one true God who alone is the Lord. And then what he did, you made heaven and earth, the earth and the heavens and all that are in them. So they were declaring the hosts of heaven, the creation, the stars, everything is subject to the Lord God, the earth and all the things on it and in it, the seas and all that was in them.

38 So they're really addressing the Lord God, and you preserve them all. The hosts of heaven worship you. So they were establishing the right order of worship of things, of priorities, that the Lord God is God. Yeah. Verse 7. Right. But you get before that in Nehemiah 8. Ezra the scribe was the guy that read the law. The people stood up. So they're getting, how can I say, reconstituted? Reconnected. Reconnected with God and the Word of God. The Constitution, the Bible. When the Word was read, they bowed their heads in worship.

20 It's important for us to really get back. Reconnect. Reconnect with the Word of God. And reverence and honor, too. Not just theology. Not just lip service. Theology or people or opinions. But what they did in verse 8 of Nehemiah chapter 8, so they read distinctly from the book in the law of God, and they gave the sense—. And help them to understand the reading. So there were people there, not just the reading of the Word, but they came to understand what does this really mean. And so this is something that needs to happen big time in our nation.

00 They were not just going through the motions here. They were serious because they knew that this was life and death. They were going to go forward and either succeed or fail based on whether or not they were being able to connect with God. And we are in that same spot now We could go either way for this nation, this world And it is if we can connect with God So what did they do? They said in verse 7 You are the Lord God Who chose Abraham They're reminding God of his first covenant promise with Abraham And Abraham was considered righteous Because he believed the promises of God And they remind God And you brought him up out of Ur of the Chaldees And you gave him the name Abraham And you found his heart faithful before you So Abraham is the father of all these Israelites.

43 So they're reminding God of the relationship he had with Abraham, just like we remind God of the relationship we have with Jesus Christ, who is our Savior. And then he goes on to say, You saw the affliction of our fathers in Egypt and heard their cry by the Red Sea. You showed signs and wonders against Pharaoh. So God sees our cry, our afflictions that are terrible, great. Grievous things have happened to the people, to the unborn and to the babies and the children and the old and the widows and orphans and the unprotected. And then he said, you showed signs and wonders against Pharaoh, against his servants and against all the people of his land. But you knew that they acted proudly against him. So he says, you know, you took our side against Pharaoh. You heard our cries.

27 Pharaoh was only intending evil towards us. And this is exactly where we are. Satan is planning evil and destruction against us. He's acting proudly, not just against us, but arrogant against God himself. And he says, so you made a name for yourself as is this day. So they're saying, God, you took on Pharaoh, you defeated him, and you just delivered us because Pharaoh was oppressing us, killing us, and he was going to destroy us forever. And that's exactly where we are today in these parallels. And God led them, led them through the wilderness. You know, there was a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.

08 Distinct leading that they had through uncharted territory, for them anyway. And he says, verse 13 of Nehemiah chapter 9, You came down also on Mount Sinai. And spoke with them from heaven, and gave them just ordinances and true laws, good statutes and commandments. Now one thing that they had to the disadvantage, but also to their advantage is, they had not disobeyed, I mean they had disobeyed everything obviously, but they had just been given the commandments of God, the covenants of God. We have had them for thousands of years. And so understandably they were maybe not all aware of them, but he's reading them and he's reminding them of their history we have to go back to our culture our history our history can't be canceled because that's our where we come from they came from the dealings with god on mount sinai and the ten commandments and the water out of the rock and the commandments that god gave them to keep the sabbath holy the precepts given through them through to them through moses so they got the bread from heaven we call it manna to satisfy them. They had the water brought out of the rock.

20 And, you know, they were told to go in and possess the land. Now, this is big stuff. This is not just your just watch TV, kind of see it on a soap opera kind of thing. This was the actual interactions of God with his people. And today, we have lost that sense of awe and connectedness because we have been interfaced with programming and escapes and artificial everything, and we just have really lost contact in a lot of ways with truth and reality, and in that way we're in very great danger. Verse 3, going back to verse 3, And they stood up in their place and read from the book of the law of the Lord their God one-fourth of the day, and for another-fourth they confessed and worshipped, the Lord their God. So basically, it looks like, what is it, half the day?

12 Half of the 24-hour period, they're reading the law of the Lord. Out loud. And then they're confessing and they're worshiping. They're confessing their sins. And this is where we need to come to in this country. We know the law. We know the word of God. We know the gospel of Jesus Christ now even more fully than they did. And yet we are stiff-necked. Let's go on to read it. I think it explains and describes it really well. It says, but they and our fathers acted proudly, hardened their necks, and did not heed your commandments. They refused to obey. They were not mindful of your wonders. They forgot. They did not that which you had done among them, but they hardened their necks.

55 And in their rebellion, remember the stiffness of neck, rebellion is as a sin of witchcraft and stubbornness and stiffness of neck. In their rebellion, they refused to bow to God. That's why their necks were called Stiff. They appointed a leader to return to their bondage. Okay, so they appointed a leader. They wanted to go back. There's many, even yet now, who think it's better to go back to the old law, to the old being under the tyranny of Egypt, or being enslaved to working this world system, rather than being free. And so in their rebellion, they appointed a leader to return to their bondage, not to return to freedom.

36 But you are God, ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abundant in kindness, and you did not forsake them. So even when they were asking for the wrong thing, and it was a thing that was going to kill them, imprison them, destroy them, God did not forsake them. He didn't take it personally. He didn't get offended. He didn't abandon them. He worked with them. There's an issue here, too. And I said to Marjorie before the broadcast today, that these chapters, this chapter 9 in Nehemiah, is almost like a commentary on the book of Judges. God raised up deliverers. There was a whole cycle.

19 Okay. There was repentance, and then they went into covenant again. They said, we're going to— Be good this time. We are going to go for the Lord. We'll be good this time, we promise. Then pretty soon they're into their idolatry. Right. And then pretty soon the enemies, the idolatry opens them up to the enemies. And then the enemies beat them up, oppress them. And then finally they said, oh, Lord, we're so sorry. And then God sends one of the judges to come to set them free. But this is a problem with humanity.

01 Well, and it's nothing new, obviously. God's been through this cycle many, many times. There's this cycle over and over and over and over again. And we're in the cycle again, and we're about at that spot where we better get God's mercy and God's deliverance, or we will go into our captivity, and this time the captivity may not end in 70 years, whatever that looks like. But he said, so they were hardening their necks. Same thing. God is gracious and merciful, slow to anger. Why is God so patient? I believe he's patient because he knows how demonized this world is. He knows it's a snake pit. he knows that most people have no clue that they're in a spiritual war. They have no clue of the stakes that are, what's at stake here, and that they're zombified, basically zombified.

43 But what we see now happening is an awakening where people are waking up to the atrocities, the things that have been hidden, the lies that have been kept hidden. God said in his word, and this is what he's been doing for the last year and a half, he says, everything that's been hidden will be brought into the light. And this is the only way people will wake up is to see what has been hidden. And in these days, the people were, their misery kind of woke them up. Their enemies, you know, that was, they were up against the enemies, real physical enemies. I think our enemies are much more subtle these days. Not to say that we don't have real enemies out there too, but they built that molded calf.

24 That was their idol. They said, you are our God. You brought us out of Egypt. They were giving credit to a golden calf that had to be carried and couldn't do a thing to help them, but it provoked God. And yet in your manifold mercies, you did not forsake them in the wilderness. This is Nehemiah talking. And so he says, he's reminding God as we are too, God of your gracious, slow to anger, mercy, your continued guidance, your patience with us. He says in verse 20, you also gave your good spirit to instruct them and did not withhold your manna or your food from their mouth. You gave them water to drink. Forty years you sustained them in the wilderness, so they lacked nothing. Their clothes did not wear out. Their feet did not swell.

06 Moreover, you gave them kingdoms and nations. So when we're in a place of obedience with God and following him, God wants to reward us with kingdoms, with the bounty of restoration. And he said they divided their districts, they took possession of the land, they were given victory over giants, the king of Heshbon and the land of Og, the king of Bashan, these were giants that Zion and Og, who they were able to defeat. These were huge, and think of the children of Israel, when they came out, they had no weapons, but they had God and they defeated giants and these giants weren't just by themselves, they had cities full of giants that they captured.

49 Yeah, and interesting, just a kind of a comment on what's going on here. This is not just one man saying all this stuff. If you go back to chapter 9, in chapter 9, verse 4 and verse 5, in those verses, there's about maybe almost 10 people, a dozen people that are crying out to the Lord. So it's like a chorus of things. So one guy is saying, well, you alone are the Lord. You made the heaven of heavens. And then another one chimes in. So there's a whole bunch of leaders. That are repenting, confessing. They're taking turns and they're crying out these things to the Lord. So it's a very...

35 Very, very powerful time. So this is parallel to what we need to see happening here, that we need to confess, we need to repent. You know, they took, you know, when they obeyed God, they were able to take down these strong cities and the rich land and possess houses full of goods and, you know, things, vineyards already planted. The prosperity, the blessing, the economic blessing was coming back to them. That was one of the things I think that we are looking at is that economic blessing coming back. It says again in verse 26, however, nevertheless, they were disobedient again. So this is cycle number one. And they were disobedient and they rebelled against you. And they cast his law behind their backs. This is exactly what we've done.

19 Taking God out of schools, out of courthouses, crosses off churches and all kinds of things to just, you know, just reject, disregard, cast off, disdain hold god and his truth his son his salvation in contempt we have refashioned. Reconfigured the gospel of jesus christ to to be our our the way we want it theologically expressed we've mixed it backed up with law and made it confusing for people but this is what they did they disobeyed they were rebellious against you they cast your law behind their back and killed your prophets who testified against them to turn them to yourself.

01 So the prophets were sent to help, but they worked, the people worked great provocations against God. Therefore, it says God delivered them up to their enemies. Why? To those who oppressed them in the time of their trouble, when they cried out to you, you heard from heaven. And according to your abundant mercies, you gave them deliverance to save them from the land of their enemies. Here we go again. So God turns them over to their oppressors, to those who steal and kill and overtax them and crush them and steal their livelihoods and take their children to be soldiers in their army, whatever they are doing. And so then the people cry out again. And what they have to do when they cry out is remember why it is they're in trouble in the first place.

42 And why are they in trouble in the first place? Well, basically, they forsook the Lord their God. They got sucked into idolatry. Yep, worshiping demons. Worshiping and enjoying their prosperity. So the thing is, prosperity is a dangerous thing. Right. It can actually lead you to complacency and entitlement. Entitlement, not being thankful. Ingratitude. And think of, we just have, you know, we have sufficiency, we have, we're rich and increased with goods, and we have need of nothing. Right. But when they had their rest, they went back into a place of rest and prosperity. And then they again did evil before you. Therefore, you left them into the hand of their enemies, so that they had dominion over them.

26 And yet when they returned and cried out to you, you heard again from heaven. So many times you delivered them according to your mercy. So we're at this place again, Father God, to have mercy upon us and deliver us. So we're in a cycle that it's, you know, actually it's a cycle that is old, ancient, where people go through this and forget about God. Many times it said, you delivered them according to your mercy. So God's mercy is always and ever present. And even in your own personal life, you can come back to God. You don't have to wait for four months. You don't have to, you know, go to the bottom of the barrel. You can turn today. Today is the acceptable day. Today is the day of salvation. Turn back your heart to God and see what good things God has for you that he may bring them back. But we have to come back the right way.

11 We have to come back through the truth, through the commandments of God. Through obedience to the Lord God. We have to stop giving our power and our obedience and our allegiance to Satan. Because when you do that, he gives, he uses that agreement against you because God has given us the power. But when we're, when we're bullied and blackmailed and lied to and deceived, and we turn our power and authority over to the devil, that really gives the devil our authority and uses our power to kill us. Then you can go to God and say, well, they did it to themselves because, you know, you told them not to and they did it anyway and so therefore i'm justified in and taking them out so and he says and and they he wants god wants to bring us back i believe that he wants to do that now he says yet they acted proudly and did not hear heed your commandments but sinned against your judgments.

01 Which if a man does them, he shall live by them. And they shrugged their shoulders and stiffened their necks and would not hear. Yet for many years, he had patience with them. Isn't that us? For many years, he had patience with us, even though we're turning around and disregarding God and doing our own thing and going the ways of the world and pursuing the direction of the world. And yet God had patience, even though we disregarded his work, his truth, his testimony. And then he says in verse 30, yet for many years you had patience with them and testified against them by your spirit in your prophets, yet they would not listen.

44 Therefore you gave them again into the hands of the people of the other lands. Nevertheless, in your great mercy, you did not utterly consume them or forsake them. We pray that this is our case also, that God will not utterly consume or forsake us. for you are God, gracious and merciful, gracious and merciful. Now therefore God, and he begins his prayer, great and mighty and awesome God who keeps covenant and mercy. So again, we're needing to remind God of the covenant that we have with him, with his son, with the blood of that covenant. We need to pray and trust God that he remembers the covenant. Well, the word of the prophets, it says in the days of Samuel, the word of God was rare in those days and there was no open vision.

27 There was no prophetic insight and understanding. And sometimes we just ask the question, where are the true prophets of God these days? Well, God has the true prophets, but can we discern them from the non-truth? That's the thing. There's many false prophets, but the true prophets need to rise up. We're not talking about entertainers or theologians. We're talking about those who truly bring the word of the Lord. Well, how do we know the true prophets? and that the people who have been so mesmerized, will be able to hear the word of the Lord. But so many have been just zombified by all manner of sin. Smoke and mirrors.

09 Smoke and mirrors, all manner of deception. Illusions, deceptions, drugs. But the thing is, the two prophets will bring us back to the covenant of God and to mercy. So the two prophets are going to bring us back to the word of God, to the commandments of God. So those who are doing that are the two prophets. those who say oh it's okay just keep going we're fine we're no there's nothing going to happen here, but they do not you know but those who keep covenant bring us back to the covenant when that includes repentance that what has come upon us our kings and our princes our priests and our prophets our fathers and our children and all and all your people from the days of the kings and he goes on from the kings of old however you are just in all that has befallen us for you have dealt faithfully, but we have done wickedly. God is faithful.

55 God doesn't change. God doesn't play favorites. God doesn't change the rules. God is faithful. He's true to his word. It's the same yesterday, today, and forever. You can come back to the word. You can repent. You can bow your knee. You can humble yourself. And if you don't humble yourself, if we don't humble ourselves and truly repent, we will be destroyed because that arrogance, that pride belongs to the devil, and those who worship the devil and follow him will go with him. So even in these several weeks yet before our final declaration, determination, let us humble ourselves, bow our knees.

36 Your life, your eternal destiny is more important than an election, let me tell you. And if you care about your life, your family, your eternal destiny, you will repent if you need to. And if you are in a place of goodness and grace with God, then stay there and stand there and declare the truth to the people who are still looking for the truth. So he says, they're saying to God, you didn't do anything wrong in all this. You're just. Look at the things that have befallen us. You have been faithful. We are the ones who did wickedly. Neither we are our kings, our princes, our priests nor our fathers have kept your law. So they're repenting, they're confessing. We do the same thing right now. We confess that we have not kept the law of God.

17 We've cast many things that belong to God, like the commandments, the Ten Commandments, and the grace of God, the salvation of God, the gospel message. We've cast it out. We put it on a shelf. We've made it not the priority. We've turned away from it. And so now we have to look at returning, retrieving, restoring it, and taking heed to the commandments and the testimonies of God. And that's it's it's very serious folks i mean we're we're in as as a nation in our in a world we're just in in very very very extremely precarious condition and so you know it starts with us it's just like you know you can point at others you can point at leaders politicians, You can point at false prophets, preachers.

06 You can point at the church. You can point at the devil. You can point at all that. What we're pointing at now is like, what will you do? What will you and I do? Will we humble ourselves? May we hear the word of God that he's speaking to us personally about stuff in our own lives. And repent, confess. And turn from that. And it's like, and I'm sure God was thinking, you know, it's like, here we go again. And they're about to make, in chapter 10, they're about to make a new covenant. Okay, we're going to serve God. We're going to serve God. Promises, promises. And God kind of thinks, okay, how long is this going to last? Well, God knows.

48 He knows the whole cycle, every cycle, all the way down to where we are right now. Nothing is catching him by surprise. But he's willing in each generation to hear their prayer. He doesn't base his attitude towards you on what was done in the generation before you or the one that's going to come after you. Each one, each generation, each person is received on their own merit. He says, they stand. Here we are today, your servants, and the land that you gave us to our fathers to eat its fruit and its good things. Here we are, servants in it, and it yields much increase to the kings you have set over us because of our sins. So the kings are getting all the increase. They're getting rich, and the people are getting nothing much to eat because of our sins.

30 Also, they have dominion over our bodies and our cattle. How about our children? And at their pleasure, and we are in great distress. Oppressive government. Yeah, and they steal from us our freedom, our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And they make mandates and indict us and throw us in prison. It's very bad. And the world is usually always like this. The elites, the oppressors, and the little people get to be crushed until the Lord God comes and turns the tables in the temple, and he turns things around and makes justice, the plumb line, instead of debauchery and deception and favoritism.

15 He says, and because of all this, we now make a sure covenant and write it and our leaders and our Levites and our priests seal it. So right now, today, this time we are writing and restoring or coming back to or confessing, embracing the covenant of the blood of Jesus Christ over us and over this nation, over our families. And we're asking you, Lord God, the Lord God who did all these things in the Old Testament, who still continues to do great things in the New Testament, who has yet to come, the book of Revelations, Lord, all these things, you are still in control, you still are moving forward, you still have a plan. Lord, we don't know, we're pretty close to the end, we think, in that plan, but we know you are God and you are eternal and we are eternal too.

01 So, Lord, I pray you have mercy upon the people who are hearing this and upon their families and their loved ones and that not one of all of us and those who you've called would be lost or swept away with the annihilation of the wicked, Father God. And even in this nation, even to have mercy upon us, you know, right now, Lord God, it's in the prayer, the ball, that whatever is in your court, because we have cried out to you, and now it's up to you to help and heal us and deliver us, Lord God. And Father, we just come before you, Lord, and we just say, Lord, that we will not turn back from serving you.

42 There's all kinds of things that try to pull us back from serving you, thoughts, attitudes, lies that come into our hearts and minds, just the difficulties that come and pressures. We just kind of want to just kind of lay down and get sucked into the spirit of this present darkness. The fatigue, the exhaustion of it all. Yeah. So, Lord God, but I just pray that you just re-energize us, re-energize us to go after you, Lord God. And you've gone after us, and you established a new covenant. When we were yet sinners, Jesus, you died for us to give us new life.

22 And so we just say, Lord, here we are, Lord. Like they said back in this Nehemiah's day, here we are, Lord. We're your servants. And we want to pray this prayer, too. Psalm 140, there's 13 verses. it's our prayer to you Lord God as we pray right out of the word right out of your own word. Psalm 140. Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men. Preserve me from violent men who plan evil things in their hearts. They continually gather together for war. They sharpen their tongues like a serpent. The poison of asps is under their lips. Keep me, O Lord, from the hand of the wicked. Preserve me from the violent men who have purposed to make my steps stumble.

03 The proud who have hidden a snare for me and cords, they have spread a net by the wayside. They have set traps for me. I said to the Lord, You are my God. Hear the voice of my supplication, O Lord. O God, the Lord, the strength of my salvation. You have covered my head in the day of battle. Do not grant, O Lord, the desire of the wicked. Do not further his wicked schemes, lest they be exalted. As for the head of those who surround me, let the evil of their lips cover them. Let burning coals fall upon them. Let them be cast into the fire, into the deep pits that they raise not up again. Let not a slanderer be established in the earth. Let evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him. I know that the Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted and justice for the poor.

51 Surely the righteous shall give thanks to your name. The upright shall dwell in your presence. Amen. Thank you, Lord. Amen. Well, do this, Lord, in our land. And we just say again, verse 8, Lord, we're just crying out to you. Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked. Amen. As we look at this election coming up. And do not further his wicked schemes. Lest they be exalted, Selah. Amen. So, Lord God, we just give thanks to your name. Surely the righteous shall give thanks to your name. The upright shall dwell in your presence. So we give you thanks. We exalt your wonderful name, Lord. Thank you for giving each one courage and perseverance. and we receive with joy and thanksgiving your answer to our prayers, Father God, because you are good and merciful.

42 Amen. So there's a restoration. That God wants to bring to every one of us. And tell us how that works with your latest book, Marjorie, Setting Captives Free, the deliverance. Spiritual warfare. Spiritual warfare. And how deliverance can change your life. Amen. This is so key, deliverance. It's not just behavior modification or religious activities. Right. It's deliverance. Well, and deliverance is part of the solution, getting the demons out. But the other part is getting that little part of you that's bought into the lie healed and set free from the strongholds.

26 And so that inner healing part is super important. A lot of times in deliverance, people just do the first part, the deliverance. They get the demon out, but they don't get anything else in there, and they don't correct the lie. And so before you know it, the person is seven times worse than they were before. And this botched up kind of deliverance can get to be as big a problem as needing the original deliverance. And so we encourage you get the book. You can get it from Amazon, Spiritual Warfare and How Deliverance Can Change Your Life. And the Lord told me that the people who read this will be delivered. So you have to understand the war, the rules of the war before you can fight to win. So again, Spiritual Warfare and How Deliverance Can Change Your Life on Amazon. And also So give a copy to someone else or get them knowing about it because it's really setting people free and changing their lives. Amen.
